Exchange Policy

At KidzToyz.store, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected. That’s why we offer a simple and friendly exchange policy for all our kids’ toys to ensure your complete satisfaction.

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Timeline: You may request an exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.
  2. Condition: Toys must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
  3. Request: Email us at support@kidztoyz.store or use the Contact Us form. Please include your order number and details of the toy you'd like to exchange.

What Can Be Exchanged?

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped toys.
  • Unopened and unused toys (as per the above conditions).

Exchange Terms:

  • Return shipping is FREE for defective or incorrect items.
    For other exchanges, buyer is responsible for return shipping.
  • We will send you a replacement toy or store credit, as preferred.
  • Items not in original condition or beyond the 5-day window cannot be exchanged.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Used, damaged after delivery, or missing original parts/tags.
  • Personalized or clearance sale items.
