Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are available for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped toys purchased at
KidzToyz.store.
- Toys must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
- Refund requests must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your
order.
How to Request a Refund

the issue, and photos if possible.

Confirmation: Our team will review your request and provide instructions for
returning the item if eligible.

Return: Ship the toy back to (or as directed by) us. For defective or wrongly
shipped toys, return shipping is FREE; for other cases, buyers may be responsible
for return shipping.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or
rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds are usually processed within 5 business days and credited
back to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs (if any) are refundable only if the refund is due to a defective,
damaged, or incorrect item.
Non-Refundable Items
- Toys returned used, damaged (not due to shipping), or missing original parts/tags.
- Personalized, custom orders, or clearance sale items.
- Requests submitted more than 5 days after delivery.
